As a
professional with over thirty years in the construction industry, Bala, a
Member of the Institution of Engineers, India, has vast experience
including twelve years abroad. He was with giants in the construction
industry like Gammons and Al-Futtaim, to name a few, and was associated with
prestigious projects like construction of the International Airport,
Sharjah, U.A.E, and upgradation of the SEEB International Airport, Muscat.
A
singular focus on Quality, Bala believes, is Buildmann's defining
value. "Our differentiator is providing the highest quality of
construction consistently in every single project we undertake", he says.
Ashwin Balasubramanian,
Director
Ashwin holds an MBA from the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad, a top 15 international business school. He brings with him diverse experience in the technology and real estate sectors and has been instrumental in transforming Buildmann into a customer focused organization. Ashwin also heads Buildmann's strategic projects group that is diversifying the company into high growth areas in the real estate space.
Prior to joining Buildmann, Ashwin spent nearly four years at Cognizant, including a year in the US, where he led teams to implement technology projects for prestigious Fortune - 1000 clients.
