Buildmann is a Bangalore based property development company with 15+ completed projects in prime areas of Bangalore and Mysore. We’ve built projects across the residential spectrum from luxury villas and premium apartments to boutique residences. At Bangalore, Buildmann has developed projects across prime locations: Old Madras Road, Whitefield – KR Puram, Indiranagar, Frazer Town, Benson Town, Basavanagudi and Ulsoor. We have a passion for creating outstanding residential developments and aim to create the “Ultimate Living Experience” within each product segment.
History
Buildmann’s journey began in the year 1988 under the leadership of TV Balasubramanian, who aspired to bring international standards of construction to India. The company operated in three lines of business: Real Estate Development, Contracting and Consulting Engineering services. For two decades, we were involved in projects as diverse as Industrial buildings, Port projects, Villas and Residential apartments.
Our wide-spectrum exposure to properties made us realise the disquietude of our fellow citizens to settle in their own country, who are accustomed to international lifestyles. Since then, our vision to build homes for the global Indian led us into creating world-class living spaces, at the right price points, that cater to today’s as well as tomorrow’s lifestyle needs.

TV Balasubramanian Chairman & Managing Director
The founder of the Buildmann Group and a first generation entrepreneur, TV Balasubramanian, is the driving force behind Buildmann. His vision is to create great homes with a no-compromise approach at every stage, and ensure that quality remains our #1 priority from design to handover.
TV Balasubramanian is a seasoned professional with over 40 years experience in the construction industry, with a decade of international experience. A Member of the Institution of Engineers, he has worked on many prestigious projects including airports, industrial complexes, flyovers and mega housing projects.
Ashwin Balasubramanian Joint Managing Director
Ashwin is responsible for the company’s growth and overall P&L across business ventures. His focus areas include driving customer service excellence and operational excellence. He is passionate about creating exceptional real estate developments that enrich the daily lives of our customers.
Ashwin has over 14 years of experience in the real estate and technology sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from RVCE Bangalore and an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is also an alumnus of IIM, Bangalore.
